What if an item is Sold Out?

We make every effort to have all merchandise in-stock for your convenience. However, on occasion we may be temporarily out of stock of an item you want. You can still order the item and we will notify you of an estimated shipping date to complete your order.

These types of items will be shipped standard at no additional charge.

How does shipping & handling work?

Shundy orders, shipped to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S., will arrive within four to seven business days of your purchase.  International, Alaska and Hawaii shipments take about 10-14 days but may take longer depending on customs.

Price table for shipping & handling in the U.S. for the 48 contiguous states:

Orders* under $25 are $4.95  
Orders* between $26-$50 are $5.95
Orders* over $51 are $6.95
*Order amounts are after discounts and before sales tax

Please be advised that if you place an international, Alaska or Hawaii order, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges and customs fees through your customs office. Customs fees vary per country. Please note that Shundy assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country.  International customers purchase at their own risk.

*If you happen to place an order with the wrong design/wrong color/wrong size/wrong shipping option, or if you need to cancel your order, please contact us here.  We will do all we can to help you out; however, our order load is very high and we may not be able to accommodate every request.  If your original order should still ship, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order.  

Will I be charged sales tax?

You will if your shipping address is in the state of Colorado. The Colorado sales tax rate is 5.1%.

What are the return & exchange policies?

Shundy guarantees its clothing  and accessories to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days upon shipment as long as the customer adheres to Shundy’s care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days.

Any sale or clearance items are exchange only.

If you wish to exchange an item, please ship the item to Shundy via your preferred method. Shundy will gladly ship your exchanged item to you for free via standard shipping (one free shipment per original order). To receive free shipping, exchanges must be noted on original return form.  Please note that all exchanges are subject to our 30 day policy (dated from the original order you exchanged).  Shundy does not pay for shipping on international exchanges. Shundy also does not pay for your cost to return the items to Shundy.

*We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail.  Items sent but not received by Shundy will NOT receive credit for the return.

If you wish to return a product, Shundy will gladly refund your money (minus shipping) immediately. If you have not received an email confirmation regarding your return or exchange after 10 days, please contact us, as your email may have been sent to a spam folder.

Items purchased over 30 days prior are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Shundy will return any items that have exceeded this time limitation and no exchange or refund will be given.

To exchange or return an item, first fill out a return form. Mail your item and return form to: Shundy, 9457 S. University Blvd. #627, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. Your card will be credited, less shipping charges. Please email us here with questions.

My order amount appears wrong because of my coupon, what should I do?

You don't need to do anything. It's all good once you submit your order. We are working to fix the coupon application but once you submit your order, your order amounts will be correct with the proper coupon amount being applied.
